The Purge option is available on DRY-O-TRON® DS/RS
models size 040 and larger. This option has all the
benefits of an Economizer-type design without the disadvantages
of higher initial or fan operating costs
associated with Economizer designs. In fact, the Purge
option also benefits from having a return air plenum. For
the engineer, this means a simplified return duct design.
- Part-time exhaust fan #1, with insulated damper and actuator, for minimum exhaust
- Part-time exhaust fan #2, with insulated damper and actuator, for purge (100%) exhaust
- Evaporator face damper and actuator
- Evaporator bypass damper and actuator
- Return air plenum
- 7-day time clock for minimum exhaust
- Remote push button terminals for purge (100%) exhaust
- Outdoor air damper and actuator for 100% outdoor air
- Outdoor air sensor for economizer sequence
